At Marathon, we look at mental health as the state of being that covers how a person feels emotionally, and what they experience psychologically and socially. Mental health also looks at the connections between a person’s thoughts, emotions, behaviours and beliefs that determines the quality of functioning they experience in work, socially, in relationships with others, and in their relationship with themselves.
